Ten gas engine power plant with 100MW electric output and about 90MW heat output. Seilo Consulting scope was programming of the automation system application, commissioning of automation system and testing of the power plant controls. Automation system in this power plant is Siemens SPPA-T3000.
Power plant conversion from LFO/HFO to tri fuel operation in Indonesia. This power plant consist eight engine having total electrical output of 133MW and supplies local nickle smeltery in island mode isolated from grid. Power plant can be operated with LFO, HFO or Natural gas after the conversion allowing flexiple operation with different fuels. Automation system was completely upgraded dring the converion. Seilo Consulting commissioned the automation system in this plant including testing and tuning of all controls in the plant. Automation system was based on Modicon PLC and Wonderware InTouch HMI.

Dual fuel engine power plant in Maracaibo Venezula containing two Gas Diesel engine. Total electrical output of this power plant is 14MW. This power plant operates with Natural Gas and with Light fuel oil as backup fuel. Power plant operates in island mode and supplies electricity to plastic house element factory. Seilo Consulting scope in this power plant was commissioning of Modicon PLC and Wonderware InTouch HMI.
Genser Power includes three container power plants equipped with Diesel engines operating with LFO and Crude oil. Plant is operated in island mode and supplies electrical power to crude oil pumping station in Kolumbia in the middle of desert. Power plant output in total is 4.3MW. Our scope in this project was Modicon automation system as well as InTouch HMI commissioning and plant start up. Our scope included automation system testing, power plant start up and operational tunings.
